Partners Consulting Group (PCG) is a group of talented
development professionals whose aim is to help clients meet their organizational goals through providing expert technical assistance and facilitation of key
program management processes.
Affiliated
with Partners for Development (PFD), a non-profit organization with over 20
years of international development experience, PCG provides essential services
to development practitioners. Our first hand-knowledge of development
challenges allows PCG consultants to provide unique insights and services for
our clients.
PCG is a social enterprise. Proceeds from our work help support the grass roots work of PCG’s affiliate- Partners for Development. Because of PCG’s NGO background, our consultants are well grounded in the many challenges faced by non-profits.
PCG’s cross cutting expertise and individualized services helps clients achieve holistic solutions and approaches to programming and creates better value for donors.
Because of PCG’s business-like approach and structure, we offer advantages similar to larger consulting firms but with greater flexibility and collegiality made possible by our smaller size. Work is delivered on time, within budget, and precisely against an agreed upon scope of work.
